Ultimate Skills Challenge is a family owned business that was created to help organizations raise money to offset costs that their constituents pay.

After 15 years working as a youth sports event professional at Triple Crown Sports, Sean Hardy decided it was time to put a new face on an old concept...while helping money-strapped amateur sports organizations raise funds to create more opportunities for the young athletes they exist to support. The result: An exciting new business called Ultimate Skills Challenge. 

In 2010 Sports Authority, the industry leader in providing a wide assortment of quality, brand-name sporting goods, started a grassroots program that focused on building strong relationships with local leagues. One of the ways Sports Authority wanted to give back to the communities that support them was to partner with Ultimate Skills Challenge. Sports Authority understands the needs organizations have to raise money for their programs and offset cost the participants pay. Ultimate Skills Challenge allows this to happen.

Sports Authority and Ultimate Skills Challenge customers are passionate about the sports they pursue so why not produce a fundraiser that allows that passion to rise to the top?

Mission Statement                                                                        

Provide sports organizations the administrative tools through a website to produce local skills competitions as fundraisers for their programs.

Provide participants a way to have fun testing their skills and comparing the results locally, regionally and nationally while giving back to the sports they love.

Sponsors will have opportunities to reach their customers at a grassroots level while giving back to the participants that support them.

Ultimate Skills Challenge will give more value than expected to sports organizations, participants and sponsors it serves.
